'PantryQuiet was realized from a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 110. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, this small family-owned pizza place began whipping up traditional recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Rossi, the pioneer, became proficient in creating pizzas while exploring Italy and learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza originated. After coming back to the UK, it became her mission to offer genuine Italian pizza, emphasizing age-old processes and prime ingredients.
Our modest 12-seat eatery has expanded into a cherished community fixture. Yet, our dedication to top-notch quality and genuine preparation stands firm. We continue wood-oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and pursue the finest components available.
Nowadays, 'PantryQuiet' is still run by the Rossi family, with a new generation at the helm, upholding a devoted crew. Despite integrating a few contemporary advancements, our core ambition remains unchanged: producing delicious, genuine pizzas that gather folks together.
